She is now studying the evolution of non-coding DNAs in the human genome, using both machine learning methods and phylogenetic analyses.

Jui-Shan Lin (MSc student, Bioinformatics and Genomics Program, 2019-2021). Jui-Shan is interested in bioinformatics, precision medicine, and machine learning. Before joining Penn State, Jui-Shan obtained her BSc degree from National Cheng Kung University. Jui-Shan is currently a Data Science Associate at New York Genome Center.
